Polestar, the electric car maker, has announced its partnership with Ohme to provide smart charging stations for its customers in Ireland. Ohme, a leading provider of dynamic smart charging technology, will offer its award-winning chargers to all of Polestar’s customers in the country.
The collaboration aims to provide Polestar customers in Ireland with an efficient and cost-effective EV charging solution. By using Ohme’s smart chargers during off-peak hours, drivers of the Polestar 2 Long Range Single Motor can save up to €483.55 per year when covering a distance of 10,000 kilometers. On the other hand, charging on the Standard Tariff would cost significantly higher, totaling €700.15.
Polestar UK & Ireland’s Head, Jonathan Goodman, expressed excitement about working with Ohme, stating that their smart chargers and commitment to customer service align well with Polestar’s values.
