SolarTotal Holding B.V. (‘SolarTotal'), supplier of a total solution for decentral energy supply by means of solar installations (‘PV systems'), has enhanced its governance structure by appointing a strong Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board consists of Maja Sanders, Wouter Jonk and José Olmos.
Since the establishment in 2006 SolarTotal has realized substantial growth. To guarantee the growth potential, professionalize the entrepreneurial organisation and to improve the governance structure of SolarTotal, a Supervisory Board has been appointed. The Supervisory Board will advice on the further international expansion of SolarTotal's business concept and will monitor the management conducte.

Maja Sanders, appointed as chairman, has been very successful in the field of private equity. She also was involved in the founding and development of Telfort N.V.. She is currently active as a business sparring partner and holds positions as chairman and as a member of several Supervisory Boards, amongst others the listed company Kendrion N.V.;
Wouter Jonk is appointed as a member of the board with regard to his position as Managing Director of SET Venture Partners (‘SET VP'), a pan-European venture capital firm focused on sustainable energy. In October 2008 SET VP acquired an interest in SolarTotal. Before joining SET VP Wouter Jonk was active at Philips Corporate Venturing in the US and Europe. His position as Manager Corporate Finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers and positions at several venture capital firms were the basis for his venture capital and M&A experience;
José Olmos, cofounder of SolarTotal and Spanish Energias Renovables SolarTotal, has been appointed as member of the Supervisory Board because of his technical background and broad experience in the industry as an entrepreneur. During the early eighties José Olmos established a trading and production enterprise for companies like Vitronics Soltec, Cobar and Rohwedder. All
of them are world market leaders in the high end soldering technology.
