EnergyPortal.eu is a news, background and discussion website about renewable energy and climate policy. Besides recent news, the website also provides background information through reviews, and (soon to be published) company profiles.

Mission

By publishing news and background information, EnergyPortal.eu aims to enhance the general public's knowledge about renewable energy and climate policy, thereby removing the sector's image as a technological niche. The founders are convinced that high-quality and objective information is of key importance in the journey towards a more sustainable society. To put this into practice, EnergyPortal.eu plans to facilitate purchasing green products via a web shop and provide information about jobs in the green energy sector in a job vacancy application (both projects are currently work-in-progress).

Audience

EnergyPortal.eu target audience consists of professionals in the green energy and climate sector, as well as individuals with a specific interests in these areas.

Publish news, reviews, theses or research yourself

To guarantee the objectivity and quality of our news service, the editors reserve the right to refuse or change items if necessary.

We highly appreciate your informative reviews, summaries/abstracts of papers, theses and articles, information from governments and columns. Our general rule is to aim for submissions of 300 words or less for news items, and 1,000 words or less for other content. Moreover, we make it easy for you by taking care of the editing!

EnergyPortal.eu currently has space for three banners with the standard sizes 728x90 (leaderboard), 336x280 (large rectangle) and 160x600 (wide skyscraper). The location of the banners can be negotiated.
